Kayaking Stonington, renting a house on Warrens Point for 6 people

We have 3 cabins and a loft in a main building with an ocean front location with a dock and beach to launch from. The cost will vary depending on the number of people that will commit in advance. 4 people $310 per person, 5 people $248, 6 people $206. You must be willing to commit in advance and paid in full to make the reservation.I won’t make the reservation unless I have 4-5 people paid in advance. Sleeping arrangements will be decided when we arrive at the house by a lottery drawing. Couples will automatically get the queen or twin beds. There will be no forced sharing of a room by mixed genders. If anyone wants to have a friend stay for one night or more the cost is $40 per night or day visit, cash up front and I can’t guarantee where they will sleep.
